Several of
the booklets now have supplementary materials posted. Particularly:
To help in studying some of
the hands in the declarer booklets, some students requested seeing the
missing cards.
In some of the deals in the booklets, when showing the opponents' cards
was not critical, they were not included in the booklets.
The attached PDFs include the cards not shown in booklets 7, 8, 17, 18,
and 28.
Because all 52 cards are shown for every deal in booklet 22, no PDF was
needed for that booklet.
One note about booklet 28 (Counting at Bridge) This is the one booklet
that includes examples of both defense and declarer play:

Deals 2-10 in that
booklet deal with defense.
Declarer's hand is always shown.
If your partner's hand was not shown in the booklet, for your
convenience, it is included in the Counting PDF.
For the declarer deals (11-20), the hands in the Counting PDF belong
to the opponents.
All of this is specified in the PDF.
